at least in the eating of grammar, biharis and the westerners have made a common cause. assuming there are 10 titles on grammar available in the world, biharis would straightaway grab 7 of them and the rest would go to the europeans. both these people are obsessed with grammar. but there is one slight difference between them: while hundred percent biharis invariably fail to use grammar to their advantage , some westerners learn languages , notwithstanding their obsession with grammar.one survey has concluded that most of the grammar books published in india sell in bihar but the linguistic backwardness of biharis is proverbial. there is a need for a determined campaign to root out what may be described as grammariasis from bihar.

i am in a hurry , i will write more on this topic when return home later in the evening.
over the years , i have noted that biharis in india and the white people in the world binge on grammar like hell. in fact, their attachment to grammar is visceral. going by how they view grammar, one can easily get compelled to the conclusion that grammar is kind of a force that not only governs the world but also acts as a transcendental factor. every human being is nollen vollens subject to it and there is no escape from it under any circumstances. this a frightening situation and this only shows their incapacity to understand the simple process of language learning. language happens first and grammar is an after-thought. learning of a language is a spontaneous and joyous process and it does not need rules and regulations. when organised in a legal manner, language learning turns into a nightmare. i have seen countless biharis unnecessarily struggling with grammarical problems and squandering their precious student time. i am feeling sleepy so i will resume writing my views tomorrow.

so f so far i have been able to teach hindi to nearly 125 foreigners and 75 of them could handle the language fluently. hindi is not at all difficult of learning as i teach it through a method which is as exact and dependable as a technology. the latter is based on the complete exclusion of grammar which in my opinion is the greatest barrier to learning any language. as we all have experienced in our life, we did not cram grammar in order to learn our mother tongue. the basic assumption of mine in teaching languages [ i teach english and german too] therefore is the grammar is dead. and i tell you the method works wonders. it is on this basis alone that i make hindi happen in twenty four hours. both hindi and english are equally easy of learning provided they are taught in a non-authoritative manner. language teaching should not be confused with fear mongering. as far as grammar is concerned ,it happens anyway in course of learning.
